tRAINING REQUEST
Once you've submitted your training request, expect to hear from one of our team members within 24 hours. If you're ready to secure your course we'll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit.
Enrolment
You'll recieve a confirmation email which will allow you to invite all participants into the course. Each participant will then receive clear instructions via email on how to enrol themselves.
Course delivery
One of our expert trainers arrives at your workplace with all the necessary equipment. You won't find any mind numbing slide show presentations here. Our simulation-based courses are a heap of fun and great for learning.
Certification process
Shortly after completing the course, participants can expect to receive their nationally accredited certificates directly to their inbox. The course organiser will also receive a batch of all certificates for administrative ease.

The First Aid School prides itself on ensuring every first aid course is delivered by an operational NSW Ambulance paramedic. Our instructors bring real-world experience and up-to-date knowledge to each session, ensuring that your staff receive the most relevant and effective training possible. By learning from those actively working in the field, our participants gain a deeper understanding of first aid concepts and techniques, preparing them to handle emergency situations with confidence. We don’t simply teach out of a textbook, but with real life experiences, and that’s the difference between a ‘certified’ instructor and ‘qualified’ one.
