Comprehensive Workplace First Aid Training in Alexandria
First aid is an essential skill in many industries from construction to childcare — however, we believe every Australian should learn and understand the basics of first aid. Equipping your team with the ability to deal with critical incidents can minimise the severity of workplace injuries and ensure immediate medical care.

We’ll work around your schedule – not the other way around. Onsite training means your team can become certified without having to travel. Our trainers are experienced in delivering first aid training for large groups, ensuring that every participant leaves feeling confident in providing first aid.

Alexandria First Aid Training FAQs
Is there any preparation required before first aid training?
All equipment and resources for the training are provided by our team — no set-up or preparation is required on your end. However, we will need a sufficiently sized space to carry out the training. This space can be within the office and should be large enough to comfortably host all participants.
How long does first aid certification last?
Certification for HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID012 Childcare First Aid are valid for 3 years from the date of completion. The HLTAID009 Provide CPR course, however, is valid for 12 months from the date of completion.
Refresher courses are necessary to ensure participants have up-to-date skills and knowledge for the requisite first aid courses.
When will the certificates be issued?
The Statement of Attainment can be issued as soon as the same day of the training. Participants will receive the certificate in digital form via email.
How will participants be assessed for first aid certification?
The First Aid School focuses on delivering progressive training in a hands-on, simulated method. Participants will be assessed for competency and understanding of first aid through written or oral assessments, role-play scenarios, and completing an incident report form.
